Youth Athlete Development
Home Court’s Youth Athlete Development class is for athletes of all sports.
Each class is led by a certified and experienced trainer and takes a comprehensive approach to maximizing athleticism.
Classes have a “safety first” mindset with limited class sizes to ensure each participant is utilizing correct lifting techniques and movement patterns.
Our main goal with this class is to create a solid foundation and ensure each athlete can demonstrate proper lifting technique on all major lifts.
Athlete Development classes are currently offered Monday – Friday at 6pm.
OUR SESSIONS
The workouts become progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered.
Deceleration, Acceleration, Linear and Lateral, Running Mechanics
Olympic Lifting, Plyometrics, Medicine Ball Rotational Power, Force Production
Thorough Instruction, Heavy Focus on Core Strength and Compound Upper and Lower Body Lifts
Game Ready Preparation for all Athletes. (Varies depending on Sport and Fitness Level)
Myofascial Release (Foam Rolling), Various Forms of Stretching, Muscle Activation
Identify & Correct Muscular Imbalances, Improve Balance & Joint Stabilization
