- Each athlete is constantly being evaluated by our certified and experienced trainers to gather the information
necessary to provide an individualized and age-appropriate mobility, strength and conditioning program.
- Athlete to coach ratio is kept low to maximize individual coaching.
- Training sessions are 60 minutes.
The workouts become progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered.
