Team Formation:
How Teams Are Created
- Teams are formed by league organizers to try to ensure balance and competitiveness
We evaluate age, skill level, experience and any requests.
Can I make Requests?
- You may request up to two (2) teammates.
- You may request specific practice times.
- You may request specific coaches.
- Coaches may only request their own children + two (2) other teammates.
- Important: Requests are not guaranteed, but we do our best to accommodate them.
Can I Register a Full Team?
- No, our goal is to create a competitively balanced league.
- If you request more than 3 players, you MUST have it cleared by League Organizers first, who will determine if allowing the team to play in full creates a competitive imbalance.
Coaches
- Teams may be assigned a coach or have a volunteer parent coach.
- We are always looking for volunteer coaches!
- If you are interested in coaching, email us separately at info@homecourtatx.com
Practices
- Practice availability depends on gym space and coach preference.
